DOCGPT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

The Service provides general health information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. DocGPT is an AI-powered health information assistant that:

Paid Subscriptions: Premium features available through monthly or yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime through your App Store settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to harm or exploit others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DocGPT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCGPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any health decisions made based on information from the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to your data
  • Any errors or omissions in the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DocGPT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
